Michele Haynes is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Pacific Northwest Counseling. Michele holds a license to practice in the states of Idaho, California and Oregon.

Michele received a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

Michele is passionate about working with couples and ending the cycle of repetitive conflicts and increasing effective communication. Michele utilizes Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy, The Couples Institute and attachment.

In addition to her work with couples, Michele utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other trauma treatments (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional) with individual adults.

Leslie Trammell is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for the State of Idaho.

Leslie received a Master’s of Science in Clinical Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Leslie works with adults, 18+ and is passionate about providing therapeutic support to those struggling with life transitions, relationship/dating issues, anxiety, as well as religious and spiritual concerns. Leslie has specialized training in pornography addiction and eating disorders.

Her primary therapeutic approaches are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic. Leslie is great listener who reserves judgment and strives to make her clients feel safe and comfortable. Her goal is to help clients find hope, happiness, and balance in life.


 

Whitney Wollweber is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Idaho.

Whitney received a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Whitney works from a Person-Centered and integrative orientation, incorporating ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques.

She has worked with a range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression, autism and ADHD, to deeper issues with meaning, identity, purpose and motivation. Her work tends to draw adolescents and adults seeking to feel and function better. She also enjoys working with individuals who have a history of residential treatment, students, athletes, career minded individuals, and those coping with physical injury or disability.

Whitney is still in the process of credentialing with insurance companies but is currently accepting Blue Cross of Idaho, United Healthcare (UMR, Optum, UHSS, GEHA), ESI EAP, and Life Solutions EAP
